Leadership

Our leadership team provides the vision, strategy, and support that guide the organization. They are responsible for ensuring Hickory Learning Group remains focused on clinical excellence, ethical decision-making, innovation, and long-term sustainability.

Leadership works closely with every department to remove barriers, improve systems, invest in our team, and continuously enhance the experience for the families we serve.

Clinical Services

Our clinical team is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating individualized treatment programs for every child and family.

This team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and clinical leaders who work together to assess progress, analyze data, coach caregivers, and ensure treatment remains effective, individualized, and evidence-based.

Rather than focusing solely on therapy sessions, our clinicians prioritize helping families develop the skills and confidence needed to support meaningful progress throughout everyday life.

Family Support

Families are at the center of everything we do.

Our family support team helps guide parents and caregivers through each step of the service process—from the initial phone call and intake to scheduling, ongoing communication, caregiver education, and graduation planning.

Our goal is to make accessing services as simple and supportive as possible while ensuring families always know what to expect next.

Operations

Behind every successful therapy session is a team working to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our operations team supports the organization through human resources, finance, credentialing, technology, compliance, facilities, and administrative services. By creating efficient systems and processes, they allow our clinicians to spend more time focused on what matters most—supporting children and families.

Community & Partnerships

We believe meaningful impact extends beyond the walls of our clinics.

Our community engagement efforts focus on building relationships with schools, healthcare providers, community organizations, and local partners while providing educational resources, workshops, and advocacy opportunities for families throughout our region.
